Refund Policy:

All orders/sales are final. If there is an error from our side we will redesign it. If customer is not satisfied we will make the changes free of charge until the customer is satisfied. We do not offer credit or refund.

 

Delivery Policy:

You will be contacted within 24 hours after the verified order and will be given a time period in which we will complete your order. If you need the order to be completed urgent you can inform us. Your order will definitely be delivered within the given time period.

 

Payment policy:

We accept payments only from Paypal. If you do not already have paypal account you can sign up here.

 

Order Acceptance:

DecentBanners.com reserve the right to decline any order without telling any reason. We will refund your payment (after deducting paypal fees).

 

Adult/Porn Banners:

We do not design banners for adult/porn websites. Please do not contact us or make any order if you want banners for that niche.
